Cons
Soul-Crushing, Hostile Work Environment and Toxic Culture. Personality, gossip and drama rather than work rule the day. More time is spent playing "he said/she said" behind closed doors and Management's pets are untouchable while witch hunts are common to remove employees who are not well-liked by Management. Personality and punishment are more important than performance and productivity. The company has a horrible reputation among recruiters and is the bread and butter of temp agencies due to its revolving door policy. No good deed goes unpunished and the overall motivation is, "Beatings will continue until morale improves." If I was offered triple my previous salary to return, I wouldn't.
