Extremely abusive and toxic work environment
HR department is best buddies with the boss and will not take ANY allegations seriously, even with documented proof
Will fire employees who stand up for themselves or treat you so badly you are forced to quit
Will scream at you constantly over tiny things
Boss and all people in positions of power barely know how to do their jobs and abuse their power constantly
Impossible to get a raise, even after years your hourly wages will barely budge
No employee appreciation, will buy you disgusting premade cookies from Safeway and think that’s enough
Disregards and attempts to violate PTO and FMLA laws
Job destroyed my mental health
Most walk outs and employees quitting in quick succession that I have ever experienced at any job- people will literally take pay cuts and go back to awful, abusive, underpaying pharmacy retail jobs just to get out of here
