Pros
-Pays well -Good commute -Some of the people are amazing, I've built some close friendships that will far outlast working at this company
Cons
-The current Executive Team doesn't seem to mesh well together, there is a lot dissension amongst the Execs which only creates a really negative, toxic working environment -There is a lack of work/life balance in several departments -Morale is at an all time low and the Executive Team/HR isn't doing anything to fix the retention issues and they don't truly seem to care -There are a lot of retention issues with top performers leaving while many low performing individuals continue to take advantage of the system -No one is empowered to make decisions, it's a highly consensus driven culture with seemingly no real leader
