Pros

Nothing comes to mind. It seems like most people that join have recently lost their jobs and are desperate. So if you need a paycheck that could be a positive but you’re likely better off applying to other companies. Minimal PTO

Cons

Where to begin? Terrible pay, below average industry commissions. Leadership is THE worst - no direction, no clear answers on promotions. The office environment is depressing and you’ll be judged if you put less than 8-6pm daily. There’s a couple friendly people there but doesn’t make up for the fact that people are just hoping not to get fired and it’s obvious the company is way behind its financial goals. There don’t seem to be any company wide goals, values don’t match what they actually do and the company is going backwards. Financially they are struggling which then means managers feel pressure from CEO, who will make everyone’s life miserable. No proper training or development, you’ll just be told to sell more, call more or get let go. I really can’t think of anything they offer that you couldn’t achieve as an independent recruiter. If you promote from within, why are most of your managers hired from the outside? ATS is out of date, there’s no technology being used to improve the day to day and not sure how they will even remain relevant as a company in years to come.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for nearly a year in a Consultant Relations and Talent Management role, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. This role has provided an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. One of the standout aspects of the company is its people. The team is incredibly supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. Leadership is accessible and transparent, consistently providing clear direction while also encouraging autonomy and new ideas. There’s a strong sense of trust, which makes it easy to take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully. The role itself is both dynamic and rewarding. I’ve had the chance to build strong relationships with consultants and play a key role in aligning talent with business needs. It’s been exciting to see the direct impact of my work, and I’ve developed valuable skills in communication, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring. The pace keeps things engaging, and there are always opportunities to learn something new. What I appreciate most is the company’s commitment to growth and development. Feedback is constructive and ongoing, and there are ample opportunities to expand responsibilities and take on new challenges. The organization truly recognizes and rewards hard work, which creates a motivating and positive culture. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in recruiting, account management, or the staffing industry. It’s a place where you can build strong relationships, grow your career, and feel supported every step of the way.

Cons

With new leadership has come a wave of positive change, including the introduction of new processes and procedures aimed at improving efficiency and long-term growth. It’s been exciting to see fresh ideas and perspectives being brought to the table, creating opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. As with any period of transformation, employees have responded in different ways. While many have embraced the changes and the new direction, others are still adjusting to updated ways of working. That said, leadership has done a great job fostering open communication and encouraging collaboration, helping teams navigate the transition together. Overall, this evolution has created a dynamic environment where adaptability is valued, and employees are encouraged to contribute to shaping the future of the organization.

Pros

Some nice people but only a few!

Cons

I think this previous review says a lot!! This place can be quite toxic. They take compensation and business away at a moment’s notice. Management can be quite insecure and there is an obvious discrepancy of how recruiters are treated. They play favorites and when management is questioned they can act like you’re speaking a different language. They will completely ignore you and worse gaslight you. And HR isn’t much help as the only reason they seem to exist to many is to do the CEOs dirty work. If you don’t like kissing the frog and taking whatever is thrown your way you’d probably want to look elsewhere. There are healthier places to work. Management here only knows how to use fear and uses it as whip unabashedly. I know tons of good people who have been wronged here and everyone is wondering who’s next. Talented people often end up being targeted. I’ve never seen management talk to people as they they do anywhere else and I’ve never seen the CEO meddle with every day matters as much as anywhere else and get so involved In little matters. If you don’t hit quota for calls it doesn’t matter how much business you have brought in you’re likely the next target
