      Hands off management if no trouble or problems. Overtime if you don’t need a life.

      Cons

      Management clueless how to solve problems. Site run like Wild West saloon; no protocols. No accountability; employees lowest get blame. My manager addressed me with a racial slur and management circled the wagons. They hire relatives & there are cliques and factions.

      Pay and benefits were great. My direct manager was fantastic

      Cons

      Working environment on the team I joined was highly toxic. To the point where if I knew it was as bad I would have never accepted the job offer. Ended up staying 9 months before finding another job.
