Cons
Compensation is low and yearly merits are bad. Performance objectives are changed throughout the year not to the benefit of the employee. Seems like management doesn’t want you to meet the goals.Incentives offered but not honored. We are being switched from hybrid to on site. We are asked to message the team when we get out of our seat to stretch, get coffee, go to the restroom, and we are not allowed to socialize. We are told we have opportunities to grow within the company and op-companies within Danaher. But growth is stagnant. Employee retention is bad, we are loosing experienced and knowledgeable employees. We are over-worked and questioned why we are not doing more. We have engagement surveys that are not worked on but are reviewed. We have so called anonymous HR sites for help but no changes. New hire training is terrible, expected to start processing independently within a week. Mistakes are made, business is impacted. Team yearly budgets not transparent-we have not held or received team appreciation.
