      Tons of knowledge available and people are willing to teach if you are willing to learn

      Cons

      When employees are due to turnover, their workload is redistributed to those remaining instead restoring staff levels to proper levels quickly. This process taxes out the departments and ultimately lowers the quality work outputted.

      Pros

      Easy work guaranteed 40 hours a week great benefits no lay offs pension 457 or 401k paid sick days holidays and vacation days

      Cons

      You get penalized for using sick days to easy to lose progressions in the summer time the higher up have less work so they micromanage everything you do new rules are constantly being added it’s not a real union the union works for Pgw so it’s a conflict of interest when it comes time for them to defend you the company always puts the blame on you if they can never find a conclusive answer to a problem
