MICROMANAGEMENT is an understatement. It's suffocating, constantly making simple processes more complicated while being told we should be spending less time doing it. They make weekly changes that you can't even keep track of the "correct" way do it, till they change thier minds again the next week. MANAGEMENT looks at you as a number, no different then the reports you process. You're not a person with a life, you are thier property. They make reactive impulsive decisions instead of planned changes so we are always playing catch up. WORKLOAD is unmanageable. Doing the job of 3 people (after the massive layoff 8 months ago). We have weeks of mandatory overtime up to 8 hrs a week. (Even for Holiday weeks - They tried to mandate us to work on paid days off) Work Environment - Toxic, there is NO positivity. Everything is focused on negativity and what management has decided to fixate that week on. If one person is slacking or not up to par, all employees are addressed and micromanaged further! PTO - They have awesome PTO but they restrict our days off to such an extreme you can't even get time off. SUPERVISORS -They are just minions, they have no say in anything. They are in "meetings" with managers almost all day so they are often unavailable when in reality, they could be helping get reports processed like the old supervisors did! When short staffed, Supervisor should help! Advancement - All promotions have been on hold, they just started opening leader positions again a couple months ago so there has been no advancement opportunities for a while.
