Energy company with lots of potential especially in the midstream sector. There is room for career growth if you want to remain the the oil & gas industry. Great new headquarters
Cons
Management has their idea of who they want to work where. It's challenging to come into the organization with years of experience to be given a role with lower salary than industry competition. Work/life balance was good, now more is being done to keep you in a seat.
