Company needs a lot of help - Anonymous employee Phillips & Jordan Employee Review

In place personnel is very easily threatened by experienced help. Not a lot of room for advancement at all. Most employees are stuck up and don't go out of their way to be friendly. Never worked anywhere where coworkers were so rude. It was like being in middle school, many of them didn't get along. Health insurance very high. Who wants to work somewhere with such a negative vibe?
