Too many tasks for pay. Management is very anal. You will never get to take those 15 minutes you're promised. Different people will tell you different things. Nurses are rude. They're only nice when they want something. EMT's try to rush you. So many uncalled for tasks have to be done at the same time. Management only care about shifts being filled. Even when shifts are short staffed they will not help you. They will call your desk phone from the other side of the hospital while you're trying to help patients.
