Bad managers, the raises if and when you get them are based on unfair evaluations, especially if you aren't in the click, the insurance is horrible, you don't have a voice, no room for advancement, again, especially if you aren't in the click, lazy leaders, uninvolved upper management, the daycare is expensive, miserable co workers, no diversity in some departments, you can't go to management about anything private because they tell co workers about it.
