Good people working hard to take care of the community & surrounding counties.
Cons
Penny wise & pound foolish fiscal decisions leading to severe understaffing. Paying ungodly salaries to Agency RN’s while staff nurses leave in droves for better pay elsewhere. Unsafe patient ratios. Even with the high wages, amongst travel RNs, Phoebe has a terrible reputation.
