Working at Phoenix Counseling Center has been a rewarding experience. The organization is truly mission-driven and focused on improving access to behavioral health services in the community. You can tell that leadership cares deeply about both the clients served and the employees who make the work possible.
One of the things I appreciate most is the collaborative environment. Staff across programs work together to support one another, and there is a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and there are ongoing efforts to improve processes, expand services, and invest in staff development.
Phoenix also provides opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Employees are encouraged to bring ideas forward, participate in trainings, and contribute to improving programs that support individuals and families in our community.
Working in behavioral health can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly meaningful. Being part of an organization that is committed to helping people during some of the most difficult moments in their lives makes the work worthwhile.
