Pros
I honestly haven’t really ever worked at a place that’s been so motivating and fun. The entire team feels like a family and they treat you like family. Love the atmosphere and all around environment. Very different from where I was employed previously.
Cons
It’s a kind of Long Walk thru zoo to the work venues. But you get used to it so fast and the views and sounds of the animals and all of the various flora/fauna exotic flowers you can’t beat that. Quick paced learning while training but also really easy to apply once you do it a couple of times. They are always willing and there to help when you have a question. At least this is my experience.
