Pros

Really good atmosphere around the office, it's great to be a part of something that is growing so fast, everyone works extremely hard but it never goes unnoticed. Such a great buzz between all teams and there is great support from management.

Cons

It can be a long day working until 6pm and sometimes a later shift is required to accommodate American clients but this is done on rotation between staff so would only be once a month.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
