Pros

I work at Phorest in the accounts department. It's exciting to be part of such a fast-growing company, especially one open to new ideas and allowing staff to inspire further growth (and thus themselves too). Friendly, relaxed personal & work environment amongst staff. Senior management very approachable and has a positive attitude toward staff development and work ethic. Regular monthly updates from all departments keeps everyone connected, resulting in a well-oiled machine.

Cons

In all honesty, I do not have any 'cons' to include here as I am very happy with my employment with Phorest and foresee many, many more years with the company.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
