Pros
I love it here. Even though I'm only here a few months, it's the first job I've had where I'm excited to come into work every day. Coming into a new company with so many employees was always going to feel a little bit daunting, but everyone here has been so welcoming from the beginning. They make you feel at home straight away. Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. There is an incredible moral about the place that drives you to be the best you can. The work culture is second to none. We work hard, and are well rewarded in return; sometimes it doesn't even feel like work.
Cons
I can't think of any cons at the moment, like I said, I'm only here a few months, but judging by the staff who have been here longer, there are no cons. Whenever you need help, someone is there to support you. Have an idea you want to try? You're encouraged to go for it.
