I started with Phorest Salon Software in October and I am loving every minute of it. Some of the benefits include: Superb career progression opportunities Continuous training Ability to work on own initiative No micro-management Companies goals are completely aligned with clients goals Staff are passionate/ innovative/ hard-working Fantastic atmosphere among staff Management/ CEO are very approachable Sports & Social Club

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
