Pros

- an exceptional CEO. Caring and supportive people. - Throughout the company, most are very smart - the company is aiming very high - complete transparency on what's going on in the company, financial reports etc - every employee can have an impact on things and decisions - flat hierarchy without too much bureaucracy - the team is very bonded

Cons

- hard to find any cons - maybe chairs in the office could be better ;)

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
