Pros

Great place to work. everyone is very friendly and management are very approachable. plenty of opportunities for growth if you are willing to put in the effort. Good relaxed atmosphere when working. Great location for office. Dublin central.

Cons

No pool table. but there is a dartboard.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
