Pros

– Every interviewer was really easy to talk to – They did their best to go through the process quickly despite there being so many rounds and empathised that is it a lengthy process

Cons

– Quite a big time commitment for the interviews & task, especially if you aren't successful – They require your references to call them

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
