Pros

There is always potential to take on new endeavours and projects in the company Always new challenges CEO has a moral compass and the company has strong internal values There is a strong emphasis on always improving the product and service to be better for customers Good work ethic

Cons

Sometimes there is an absence from top level leadership and management in projects. Company is a little bit spread thin as it tries to tackle multiple regions and cohesion is a challenge.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
