No day is the same; Great team spirit; Exciting atmosphere as company growing and expanding rapidly; Plenty of opportunity for growth; All work noticed and appreciated

Cons

The only thing I would change would be an earlier start and earlier finish as the night is very short when you get home. Would be more conducive to a better work/life balance I believe! Otherwise I can just become an evening person and learn how to motivate myself to do more in evening. There's bound to be an appropriate self-help book or blog for this...

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
