It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
