Pros

Decent amount of annual leave offered in conjunction with wellness days and moving days along with the option to work from home.

Cons

Poor management with some questionable decisions made by leadership. Witnessed many hard working and talented people led astray, sold empty promises and eventually pushed out the door. The "Culture" is a key selling point, however, this is shifted and manipulated to please certain people to avoid any uproar or pushback. Feedback and suggestions will fall on deaf ears. Too much change happening at the top which in my opinion, led to a lot of anxious employees looking over their shoulders.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
