* Understanding in taking days off when sick

Cons

* Really poor management - you see the main stakeholders playing their part, where they are friends in real life and they make it seem that everything is jolly, but deep down, there's no platform to really voice what really goes within the teams. * Feedback forms don't lead anywhere. Micromanagement still goes. It's always the same people - leadership - receiving shouts and prizes. * Payment below average. * I don't think the CEO grasps what is going on, the front they put really fools the newcomers.

Pros

It's a good foot in the door to smaller software companies.

Cons

Very poor upper management with questionable hires. Each team is ita own fraternity/sorority and there's always a finger pointing at someone else to blame them. The egos of some folks go very much unchecked, and none of that behavior is discouraged. The pay has been garbage since covid and tons of folks have quit due to not getting raises or additional benefits. The christmas gifts even went down the drain.
