Pros
Meeting new people, discounts at venues, making extra cash. Pick up as many shifts and rack up as much cash as you can during the "on" season while actively searching for other jobs to have by the time the "off" season comes.
Cons
Not enough money for a full-time job. Work is seasonal and employees can be sent home at any time due to lack of traffic. Those who might stay will be overwhelmed if traffic suddenly picks up. No one cares about you.
