Where to start....they work their managers to death, pay is not what it should be for what they require of their management. Bonuses, what bonuses? Almost impossible to reach the goals they set. The HQ makes sure you can't make any money. Places are in disrepair. If you are thinking about working for PC, please run away as fast as you can if you want to have a life. The Regional Managers think you owe your whole life to the business. Very hard to have down time! Oh, and for the love of God, do not ever get sick. (ie: cancer) you will be told to just "get over it" and not to bring your worries to work!
