Pros

Flight benefits, coworkers who support each other

Cons

Increasingly hard to maintain the job. They punish you in so many different ways. You don't get fully trained and then they're quick to fire you when a mistake is made (by you or them.) They make you feel disposable and unvalued.

Pros

Free food sometimes. Flight benefits.

Cons

The people ruin the experience of working for Piedmont. You will face a lot of lazy types who try to blame others for their laziness and incompetence. If you have a good work ethic you will just be rewarded with more work here. This place specifically sets you up for failure with incompetence, rudeness, and gaslighting, conveniently "forgetting" policies they say they never agreed to in the first place, even if it's documented. People steal things constantly, whether it's equipment or lunch out of the breakroom fridges. Management is inept and clueless to what is actually going on. Trust no one at this company. Avoid it altogether.
