Pros

The good thing about working at Piedmont, is the flexibility. Once you're of probation you can, swap your days. For example say, you're working weekends and you need a weekend off, you just asks your coworkers to either take your shift in exchange for working there. Or you can put your days on the swap board. The job is very easy, but also dangerous. You have to aware of your surrounding at all time. If you like flying for free. Then Piedmont is the place to be. The pay is not great. My advice to anyone looking to come and work here, is to have a career that provides a good income, And work here part time to uses the travel benefits.

Cons

No communication, no appreciation, no respect from some managers and coworkers, most of the workers and managers becomes very complacent. And it a place that very disrespectful.

Pros

Free food sometimes. Flight benefits.

Cons

The people ruin the experience of working for Piedmont. You will face a lot of lazy types who try to blame others for their laziness and incompetence. If you have a good work ethic you will just be rewarded with more work here. This place specifically sets you up for failure with incompetence, rudeness, and gaslighting, conveniently "forgetting" policies they say they never agreed to in the first place, even if it's documented. People steal things constantly, whether it's equipment or lunch out of the breakroom fridges. Management is inept and clueless to what is actually going on. Trust no one at this company. Avoid it altogether.
