Pros
The good thing about working at Piedmont, is the flexibility. Once you're of probation you can, swap your days. For example say, you're working weekends and you need a weekend off, you just asks your coworkers to either take your shift in exchange for working there. Or you can put your days on the swap board. The job is very easy, but also dangerous. You have to aware of your surrounding at all time. If you like flying for free. Then Piedmont is the place to be. The pay is not great. My advice to anyone looking to come and work here, is to have a career that provides a good income, And work here part time to uses the travel benefits.
Cons
No communication, no appreciation, no respect from some managers and coworkers, most of the workers and managers becomes very complacent. And it a place that very disrespectful.
