Many of the staff are actively looking for other jobs including some mid to higher level managers. Much change in agency some of which is not too good. Not a high level of satisfaction or confidence with agency director.....lots of turmoil. Change can be difficult, but if it is not managed correctly, it can be detrimental to the well being of the staff.
