Pros

Job provides many of the tools and work vehicles , most employees take pride in their work. A lot can be learned if you are a insider.

Cons

Lots of nepotism from the top to the bottom. easy to become black balled. Not much diversity within upper management or within the company at all. company seems to be 420 friendly . just pass the first one and you are done.

Thanks for your comments. We are committed to promoting an ethical, transparent and collaborative environment for all of our employees, so we are clearly disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but I would also like to address your specific concerns. We strive to provide equal opportunities for all employees and transparency in all decision-making processes. Employees are promoted and given greater responsibility according to their skills, experience and abilities. There is no other criteria for promotion within the company. We are also committed to providing and maintaining a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. The company has reserved the right to conduct drug/alcohol tests at any time, with or without reasonable suspicion and with or without advance notice. Such testing may include not only pre-employment screening, but also the following: post accident testing, reasonable suspicion testing, post-rehabilitation testing, fitness for duty testing, and any other type of screening allowed by law and deemed appropriate by management. We believe that safety is of critical importance and we take appropriate measures to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and customers alike. Starting pay at Pierson Wireless is commensurate with experience. In addition to standard benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k match, paid phone/computer, paid holidays/vacation) - we also provide paid lunch for all employees (hourly employees are not required to clock out), which effectively compensates hourly employees for up to 5 hours of paid time each week for meal breaks. Paid meal time also counts toward weekly overtime calculations. We believe that our overall compensation package is very competitive with other similarly-situated telecommunications contractors. Again, thanks for sharing your experience. We are always striving to improve, so we genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Pros

I have only had positive interactions with the company. I have been with them for several years and can say that it only continues to get better and better. The benefits are at or above standards I have had in the past and the management team is very fair. I would recommend to anyone!

Cons

No real cons for this company
