Starting pay at Pierson Wireless is commensurate with experience. In addition to standard benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, 401k match, paid phone/computer, paid holidays/vacation) - we also provide paid lunch for all employees (hourly employees are not required to clock out), which effectively compensates hourly employees for up to 5 hours of paid time each week for meal breaks. Paid meal time also counts toward weekly overtime calculations. We believe that our overall compensation package is very competitive with other similarly-situated telecommunications contractors.
