Starting pay at Pierson Wireless is commensurate with experience. In addition to standard benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k match, paid phone/computer, paid holidays/vacation), we also provide paid lunch for all employees (hourly employees are not required to clock out), which effectively compensates hourly employees for up to 5 hours of paid time each week for meal breaks. Paid meal time also counts toward weekly overtime calculations and paid time off accumulation.
