We are committed to promoting an ethical, transparent and collaborative environment for all of our employees, so we are clearly disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve, but I would also like to address your specific concerns. We are sorry that you perceived your experience while employed at Pierson Wireless as not having the support of the team around you to complete your assigned projects. We do want to build a team atmosphere with everyone included and will continue to work to improve on this in all aspects so others don’t experience the same. We also strive to be inclusive with all team members and not to show favoritism to any certain individuals. Training is also an area that we are focused on enhancing within all our departments and wish our current training practices had benefited you more during your time here.
