I enjoy my job, and the benefits of insurance, vacation and personnel leave

Managers need to be more in tune with employees. If an employee comes to them about their pay, not being up to where they should be, they do not need to ignore them. And realize that this is important to this employee. Hard work needs to be
rewarded, not ignored. People do not forget that they have been passed over and ignored time and time again.
