      IT and PMO office employees are great at their job and excellent people.

      Cons

      The PMO manger is micro managing and not trustworthy. Often misrepresented level of project knowledge to make it seem like you were not following proper procedures.wants to be more of a dictator than a leader.

      Possibility to make lots of money and to help people. Travel the country.

      Cons

      Not stable work at all. You are at the mercy of the weather and insurance companies using contractors over staff adjusters.
