Upper management has no respect for the adjusters in the field. Most of the upper management has never performed the job duties they are asking you to do. If you are not a part of the Pilot family or friends of someone who is you are treated like crap. Owner of the company does not care about any of it's employees. Will tell you real quick that there are 1000 people waiting in line for your job.
