I recently worked as Independent Auto Adjuster program at Pilot and found the experience to be quite disappointing. The management appeared disorganized and lacking in experience, which significantly affected the training environment.
The quality of the training materials and instruction was subpar, making it challenging to gain a solid understanding of the subject matter. It felt like everyone wanted to be in charge, resulting in a lack of cohesion and clarity.
Additionally, I witnessed management actively seeking customer surveys in what felt like a desperate attempt to improve their standing, which was unsettling. Overall, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking effective training in this field.
