Pros
-I was allowed to make decisions that made sense. -I was often celebrated for helping the company move in the right direction - I felt appreciated by my direct management. - The company paid for one of my certifications which showed that they cared about the work force -Plenty of opportunity to grow if you have the right manager. -Benefits are pretty good even after they were cut back a little they still beat a lot of other companies when it comes to benefits. -401k match and HSA match - most bank holidays off for office workers -hybrid work style -Friendly atmosphere -There are a lot of genuinely good people working for Pilot.
Cons
-downsized positions in areas that could not afford to be downsized -Often felt overworked and overwhelmed as my department was one of the busier departments in the company. -Felt that sometimes the top leadership is disconnected with the work force. -compensation could have been better
