Pros
Ok place to work. Checks always cleared and as long as you make it through probation you can really get fired.
Cons
Not the place for young people. Good ideas are frowned upon unless you have at least 10 years in. Examples of the Good Ole Boy shine through everywhere, and only non-blacks are allowed to join.
