11 holidays per year and 2 weeks vacation and sick time. That is the only plus for working with this company most employees seem to be sad.

Cons

For a government organization this company has a very high turnover rate and very low moral. The management plays favorites and bullying is common in certain departments. Not much chance to advance with the company unless you are one of the favorites.

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Cons

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
