Pros

Great people. Good work environment. It has drawn excellent people who are eager to collaborate across departments. Love it.

Cons

It is far from everything. The location is bad. There is no good food close by. The county is experiencing growing pains and is in denial about it.

Pros

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Cons

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
