Pros

Reading some of the previous reviews, I have to say I do not agree with a lot of them. Pinal County is a nice place to work for, and has been nothing but a positive experience since day 1.

Cons

Pinal County does take awhile to put new ideas in place, though other larger counties have been doing it for years.

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Cons

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
