Pros

Great agency! Came from Maricopa and Pinal is much more family feel. The County Manager really cares about you and says hello. They got a new HR Director who is like the energizer bunny. The Wellness Committee is doing a ton of great events.

Pros

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Cons

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
