Waiting an extra 30 days to get access to the health insurance if you start day is after the first of the month.

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
