I love the environment and people. My coworkers and management is great! Love the option for flexible work week (working 4 days at 10 hours instead of 5 days at 8 hours). Medical benefits are pretty good as well

Cons

The pay (for my position at least) is not great. Also the opportunity for advancement or raises does not seem to be very good.

It was exciting to see such a smooth onboarding process for employees. For a rural county I believe they are doing what they can to their best efforts. The County is technologically advanced. The culture is great, I was welcomed into a new transition period and was able to accumulate quickly and provide assistance for the department as needed.

Cons

Turnover is high and frequent. Which means picking up the slack to help the department.
