Pros

Pink Callers is a woman founded and run business. Despite being remote, the atmosphere with coworkers is carefully coordinated to be warm and welcoming. Management and HR are very supportive and want each "rockstar" and their clients to do well. If you have administrative experience, your tasks will be relatively easy, but you can be competitive with yourself in the form of weekly and monthly call logs. I find the goals to be motivational. Additionally, Michelle Myers is great. As a new hire, she carved out time to meet with me via Zoom. I know she is very busy, but during our call, she wasn't distracted or rushing. She is sincerely generous with her time and rooting for those working at Pink Callers. Of course this job comes with the pros of any remote work as well. There's no commute. My gas budget managed to get quite a bit smaller, and I get to hug my dog a few extra times during the day.

Cons

I've only noticed two possible cons in my time here. The first is that while Pink Callers is a company with great morale, employees and management, as a CSR you work for your own assigned client. I say possible con because you may or may not fit nor enjoy their company vibes. Pink Callers is supportive through growing pains as long as you're actively trying your best and taking constructive advice from both your client and your TSM. For most people, this won't even be a con. My other possible con is turnover. The turnover rate seems high, but I've not been here long enough to know if that is usual or coincidental. The Pink Caller employees that have been around the longest seem happy with and good at their roles.

Pros

I am only going to post things I can speak too not things I have heard. I was offered a job here when I really needed one it also fits my life very well for now Kim has always been super helpful plus Clarisa now that she joined If i need to take off time for my kids i can normally get it someone will work with me to make it happen mostly Clarisa The people I work directly under work very hard to keep things going smooth very woman forward company for me this job is a very good fit at this time

Cons

you dont have a lot of interaction with coworkers you are kind of by yourself it works ok but i do miss the office setting it does feel like they try to trap you in things they seem to fire so many good people they dont even trust us to let us dm each other to make personal relationships with coworkers it can get very stress filled at certen times of the year when you have your own clients and they ask you to pick up others we are always short on CSRs we never have enough it feels like the main managers do not always know what they are doing pay is like one dollar or two dollars lower than most jobs. i just read on here that entry level mcdonalds pays more that is sad because I have to have a skill set and keep both my clients happy not just dip a fry basket plus I have to continually learn new clients sometimes more than one a year
