      Pros

      Most of the inadequate, whining, lazy employees are now gone and those of us who are left are pretty happy with our team mates who are always willing to help others Flexibility in schedule - allowed to switch hours if needed with no repercussions Management making good effort at more training and open communication

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
