Then had Client interviews which ultimately determined eligibility. - Unless you work only one site, the time management system is complicated and is not explained at all in the beginning. - On site training was not specific and haphazardly put together. You cannot expect someone to not make some mistakes when there is no formal process by which to learn basics.
